Designed by Force Turbos, this Hyper Lung PUNCH™ VCS Air Intake System uses patented Velocity Control System (VCS) bypass technology to deliver faster spool, sharper throttle response, and zero turbo lag. Built exclusively for the Polaris 850 Patriot Boost, it replaces the restrictive factory intake to unleash maximum airflow and instant power.
At just 4.1 ounces, the Hyper Lung PUNCH is eight times lighter than conventional intakes. This ultra-lightweight design reduces front-end mass, improving sled balance and responsiveness. Consequently, throttle transitions feel immediate, and turbo spool-up happens faster, allowing the engine to breathe freely from idle to full boost.
The Force Turbos VCS bypass system automatically regulates airflow. Under vacuum, the intake opens to draw in cool, fresh air; under boost, it closes to maintain pressure. This self-regulating flow ensures perfect timing between throttle transitions—resulting in seamless acceleration and true bypass turbo performance.
