Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and uninstalled, with prior authorization and a valid RMA.

• 0–14 days: No restocking fee

• 14–30 days: 20% restocking fee

• 5% processing or transaction fee applies to all returns or cancellations

Items damaged during return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Items not received within the return window may be refused.

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products within 60 days of delivery. In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price of the product. Users assume all risks related to installation, modification, tuning, misuse, or operation of products.
