This system solves the problem of snow sliding off during long or icy rides, helping riders sustain cooler operating temperatures for longer periods.
The Sled Cooler acts as a snow retention tray mounted to the tunnel top. As snow collects naturally while you ride, the cooler holds it in place, creating a continuous layer of ice contact to extract heat from the cooling lines below. Consequently, your sled maintains stable coolant temperature and reduces the risk of overheating in spring or hardpack conditions.
Engineered from lightweight aluminum, the Sled Cooler offers exceptional strength without adding unnecessary weight. Its black powder-coated finish resists corrosion, while an optional raw-aluminum version allows custom powder coating to match your sled’s color scheme. Multiple mounting positions ensure compatibility with tunnel bags, LinQ® fuel caddies, and other accessories.
This cooling aid is built exclusively for Ski-Doo snowmobiles and integrates perfectly with the factory LinQ® system. Installation requires LinQ® fasteners and bases (sold separately). Simply mount the cooler to the tunnel using the provided hardware; installation takes just minutes. Note: not compatible with 146″ sleds yet.
