ZRP Polaris Clutch Covers Billet P-22 is a premium upgrade designed to elevate the durability and responsiveness of your Polaris P-22 clutch system. Starting with high-strength 7075 aluminium, this billet cover delivers lightweight rigidity and improved performance from the moment you engage the throttle.
Manufactured from 7075 alloy and finished in black anodize, the cover is stronger and more rigid than stock cast-covers. Consequently it reduces flex under load and supports more efficient shifting during aggressive riding.
Because the cover is lighter than the original OEM part, it reduces unnecessary rotating mass. As a result you’ll experience faster acceleration and improved throttle response. Additionally the reduced cover flex maintains clutch alignment under hard throttle, which means more consistent performance.
